Shipping and App Update

Dear Backers!

Here is an important update and answers to your questions!

Last week we successfully sent the first 50 OMB Pedals. The Pedals are only a part of your purchases that include the OMB electric and/or acoustic guitars, and/or the OMB upgrade kits. However - because of delays we wanted to start sending out items as they are ready.

We are in the last stages of working on all the items, and we will ship them to you as soon as possible. You will receive an email alert letting you know the package is on its way.

In the next few days, The OMB app will be ready as well and you can actually start using the pedals with the app before you even get the guitar. The app will be working with iOs and Android. iPad/mini, iPhone and Mobile Android.

Regarding your question of shipping Tax/V.A.T. - Each country has it's own tax laws on shipping and unfortunately, it's not up to us. Some don’t charge at all, some charge over a certain cost. For most of you, there should be no extra Tax / VAT on the built-in OMB guitars.

 HERE IT IS - The Official OMB Pedal Tutorial with everything you need to know about our pedal!

In the past couple of days, many of you have received the first OMB shipment with our unique pedals as shown in this video.

In a few days - the OMB app will be available in the App Store followed by Google Play.

We are working 24/7 on the OMB upgrade kits and built-in guitars and we will keep you updated as to when we start shipping.

Shipping update: The day has come!

Dear Backers - The day has come! 

In the photos in front of you, you’ll see 50 boxes of the OMB pedals ready to be shipped to you backers all over the world this Monday morning by DHL. 

As soon as we have the next batch of the pedals ready, we will ship them. Our aim is to ship all the pedals within the next 2 to 3 weeks. 

During that time we will work on boxing the OMB upgrade kits and receiving the electronics for the OMB Built-in.  We will be shipping them as they become ready, and of course update you throughout the process.

We would like to once again say Thank You to all you thousands of amazing backers that were supportive and patient during this campaign process. 

We have only just begun. This is truly an exciting moment. We are here for any questions.

Shipping Update

Hi Guys,
Its Benzi here.

I would like to relate to your frustration as we share it as well regarding shipment.

When we receive estimated shipping dates from our manufacturers, we truly believe we are going to make it. Unfortunately, many things in the very complex process of manufacturing, are not up to us: 3rd party manufacturers have not delivered on time and many more.

The fact that this is the first commercial production we double and triple check even the smallest things such as putting the electronic PCB in the plastic package and tightening the screws. Things are taking a little longer than expected.

We truly apologize for the ongoing delays and we want you to know that we have nothing else to do with all the 4000 electric PCB's, plastic packaging, boxes, batteries, cables, string, and other parts not mentioning 1300 specially customized guitars other than sending them to you and to make you guys happy.

We spent 5 years of R&D, close to $3M devoted our professional and personal life in order to get to this moment.

WE WILL START the shipping process for the first batch of the OMB pedals in the next 14 days. A few weeks later the guitars and upgrade kits will start as well.

Be sure that even if it takes a little longer,
you will get it - that is our only focus

A Special Upgrade Kit Update!

Dear Backers!

Here is another OMB Guitars update - everything about our upgrade kit You've been asking about!First - we are proud to show you the inside of the upgrade kit box (same)! This is what you'll see when you open the box. 

Exciting, right?!

We have started the assembly of the electronics, this process is planned to end within ten days or so. We will then insert all electronics into the plastic cases, run the last and final QA with all our team on board. We'll pack and ship to your door!

These past few weeks have been extremely busy, making sure you'll receive the best product, and trying to minimize delays as much as possible. And we thank you for all your support and feedbacks!

And today: NAMM! We will be in Hall E - Booth #2044! Come and play with everything! We seriously can't wait to see you guys.
