Dear backers in North America and Canada! 

The shipping company originally gave us an estimated delivery date of July 1st to the port of LA.

We reached out to them because it has not yet come in and they updated the date to July 13th. And then an estimate of another 2 weeks until it reaches your home.

Regarding the Acoustic guitars  -  As you know, there was a delay due to a fault in manufacturing. We’ve been trying to fix it since. We were hopeful that we would have the final results by now, but we don’t. We will update when we have any kind of news.

The dates of arrival for your electric guitars!

ETA to L.A port (Guitars to the US and Canada) – July 1st. goods will be delivered within 14 business days.

ETA to Slovenia port (Guitars to Europe) : July 6th, goods will be delivered within 14 business days.

ETA to Australia port: July 3rd. goods will be delivered within 14 business days.

Guitars to Asia will arrive around the same dates.

Tracking number should be received once the guitars and items are in your delivery area.

Regarding the acoustic guitars and the issues that's been causing delays (as we updated before), we had to test the guitars after fixing them. Our latest test of 30 guitars has been a great success and we gave the factory the OK to go ahead and assemble all of the Acoustic guitars. This should take around 2 weeks.
When that is done, our team is going to check each guitar individually before shipping which could take another 10 days, and we'll be ready to ship.

 Dear Backers! Here are some important updates and answers to a lot of your questions!

1. We created a FACEBOOK OMB GROUP!

We highly recommend you join the group, share your questions with OMB Community and we will be there to help whatever is needed. Technical stuff, purchasing, and shipping. Please try to use the group as much/often as it will be the easiest way to engage with us and the community.

*We would love it if you share in the group your videos and images of your new OMB's!

2. Regarding shipping: All of the Pedals, OMB Electric Guitars, and OMB Upgrade Kits have been or are in the process of shipping!! However - not all of them will arrive at the same time and especially the OMB Built-in Guitars as they are shipped overseas and take more time, but don't worry - they’re coming to you! Once the item is close - We will send you an Email with your tracking number. There's still no update regarding the OMB Acoustic Built-in Guitars, but there will be very soon.

3. Regarding questions about the Upgrade Kits "Missing Parts" - Please check if you ordered the OMB Upgrade Kit for Acoustic or Electric as they are different. The Acoustic kit has fewer parts inside. We are including 4 plastic pipes in Upgrade Kit for Electric only and you should use 2-3 pipes - not more than that to assemble. Please check our video guides to see how it's done:

4. Our shipping company is DHL.

5. Android users - Make sure you try to install the app with Android 7 and up, Mobile only. If the app does not work now, please delete it and reinstall.

6. Regarding guitars like Telecaster and other guitar shapes we have not addressed in our user guides, we are checking what's the best way to install it, and we will update soon.

7. Please do not use the technical support forum to ask questions about shipping and use the new Facebook group for that.

BIG NEWS: Shipping Is Starting!

 Dearest Backers,

We are happy to say that the OMB Add On Kits for Acoustic & Electric guitars and all Built-In Electric guitars as well as the remaining Pedals are ready to ship. They will be shipped between June 1st to June 15th.

As for the Acoustic Built-In (Basic & Pro). As an update to our previous video update regarding the conductive wire that connects the frets to the brain. 

We have been working non-stop in order to find a solution for this, and tried many. 

The main issue is time, after each attempted fix, we have to let it sit for 2 weeks in different temperature environments,  in order to make sure the solution is stable and the conductivity between the frets are permanent. 

We are running a few more attempts during this week and will have the results in about 2-3 weeks. 

This is the last attempt to fix it before turning to re-manufacturing all acoustic guitars from the beginning (A minimum of 4 months), but we are optimistic! 

We are deeply sorry about this delay. We understand your frustration because we live it every day. And yes, we will not send out a product that has a chance of not working properly. We are committed to deliver to you the finest product while being fully transparent in everything we do.

We will keep you updated and we will credit an additional year of free downloads on our app to all of our Acoustic backers as a minimum apology.

Thanks to all of you for sticking it out, you won’t be disappointed (once you have the OMB).
